Unit Protection:

• One (1) year Workmanship and Material including defects in materials and labour for items such as flooring and fixtures
• Two (2) year Delivery and Distributions systems for defects in materials and related labour including heating, electrical, and plumbing systems within the unit
• Unit Warranty Coverage Limit is the lesser of the purchase price paid excluding land and $130,000

Common Property:

• Five (5) year Building Envelope coverage against defects in the building envelope
• Ten (10) year structural defects
