So what exactly does it mean to be a pet friendly builder? // May 24, 2016
At Avalon, we take pride in being a pet friendly builder. It all starts in the office with our love for our furry best friends. We have Fuller, Morgan, Kya (aka Mini)and Ebby roaming freely on a daily basis!
So how are we different than other “pet friendly” builders? Our town home projects have no puppy size or weight restrictions – so BIG dogs are allowed. We always think it is funny that some builders allow only little dogs…we love little dogs too but we think big dogs should be given equal opportunity.
And we have individually fenced backyard so your pets can have the rooms to just play and be a dog. By the way…we are cat friendly too….and of course birds and fish.
Many of our ZEN town home projects come with a dog wash/shower connected to the garbage room which is free for all of our home owners to use whenever they like! Saves you the clean-up of washing your pet in the bath tub!
Stop by any of our show homes with your furry best friend and see how they feel about it! They are even welcome in the show home! So bring them with you.
