We give you three milestones in the first year in which we will service your home: 3 Months, 6 Months, and 1 Year. You can download our service forms from here. It’s a good idea to keep a copy of these forms so you can add any items of concern as they occur. This way, once your service milestone is reached you will have a list ready to send in to our service coordinator.
